Visit of President of The Supreme Court,United Kingdom.

KiiT International School is proud to have received the Right Hon’ Lord Phillips of Worth Matravers, President of The Supreme Court, United Kingdom; the Right Hon’ Lord Clarke of Stone-cum-Ebony, Justice of The Supreme Court, United Kingdom; Hon’ble Professor Martin Hunter (United Kingdom), Visiting Professor at KIIT University, Professor of International dispute resolution, Nottingham Trent University, England; Visiting professor, King’s College London; co-author of Redfern & Hunter on International Arbitration (5 th Edn, OUP); Arbitration title, Halsbury’s Laws (4 th Edn Reissue, Butterworths); and contributor to numerous other books on international dispute resolution. Hon’ble Fali Sam Nariman, a distinguised Indian Constitutional jurist, and senior advocate to the Supreme Court of India since 1971 who has remained the President of the Bar Association of India since 1991. Mr. Nariman is an internationally recognized authority on International arbitration. Hon’ble Ms. Pinky Anand, Designated Senior Advocate practicing in the Supreme Court of India since 1980. A Harvard Law School Graduate. Expert in the fields of Constitutional law, Property matters, Private International Law, Family law, Environmental and Corporate law with over 25 yrs of extensive exposure in the above mentioned fields on its campus.

In this occasion, students had a chance to raise their questions and clear their doubts about Law and Justice, International Arbitration and other relevant issues related to law. Speeches from the honourable visitors were listened to with keen ears and students gained lots of vital knowledges through the inspiring speeches delivered.
