KiiT International school to interact with Prof Hiroshi Amano, the Nobel Laureate in Physics 2014

It was a great moment for the students of KiiT International school to interact with Prof Hiroshi Amano, the Nobel Laureate in Physics 2014 for the invention of efficient blue light LED which has enabled bright and energy saving white light sources. The greatest learning for the students was never to give up even one fails thousand times in his or her life. Then any dream can be fulfilled. He was proud of his supervisor at the time, Professor Isamu Akasaki, with whom he shared the Nobel Prize in 2014. Currently Prof Amano is Director, Centre of integrated research of future electronics and Professor, Institute of materials and systems for Sustainability, Nagoya University.

Be proud of to be in the age of LEDs.
